Ridgeline's environmental services are provided through it's wholly-owned subsidiary, Bio-Synergy Resources Inc.. Since its inception in November 1999, Bio-Synergy Resources Inc. (Bio-Synergy) has provided its clients with a wealth of knowledge and experience directed at providing economically viable waste management solutions and Environmental Site Assessments.

On December 28, 2006, Bio-Synergy was acquired by Ridgeline Energy Services Inc. and continues to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ridgeline.
