Chief Executive Officer and Director
Tony Ker, of Vancouver, BC, is a seasoned businessman with more than 20 years of successfully building and operating companies in the resource and manufacturing sectors and a track record of developing long-term customer relationships, profitable manufacturing systems, and management teams that support growth and continuity in the organization. Mr. Ker has experience in the start-up and operation of public companies in Canada and the USA.

Jody Stachiw B.Eng.,
Vice President and Director
Jody Stachiw, of Calgary, Alberta, has over 10 years of experience as an engineer and entrepreneur in the energy services industry. Since 1998, Mr. Stachiw has been President of SDA Ltd., the company he founded to provide well test data acquisition services and technology to the oil and gas industry. Prior to founding SDA Ltd., Mr. Stachiw worked in the energy services industry in engineering positions related to drilling operations, reservoir analysis, and data collection. Mr. Stachiw holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Science from the University of Saskatchewan (1994).

Brad Shybunka B.Sc., P.Ag. (AB), P.Ag.(BC),
Director
Brad Shybunka is a Professional Agrologist and has an environmental and conservation science degree from the University of Alberta. He has been working in the environment industry, specifically oil and gas related, since 1993. As Senior Project Manager - Operations with Bio-Synergy Resources Inc., Mr. Shybunka looks after the operational aspects of ongoing company activities. He has also conducted environmental assessments specifically relating to the preparation of environmental protection plans. Assessments have led to remediation closure of contaminated sites impacted by hydrocarbon, glycol, metals, solvent, herbicide and brine. Mr. Shybunka is well versed with the regulations impacting oil and gas operations throughout western Canada. Mr. Shybunka has taken numerous technical courses and participated in workshops relating to soil remediation, groundwater remediation, oilfield waste management and disposal, environmental toxicology, environmental impact assessment, technical writing, natural attenuation and environmental auditing. Mr. Shybunka is an active member of the Canadian Land Reclamation Association and the Environmental Services Association of Alberta.

James Thomson LLB,
Director
James Thomson is a partner in the law firm of Parlee McLaws and a long time servant to business law who has practiced in the Calgary market for nearly 25 years. He has, over this period, provided advice and representation to both individuals and businesses primarily in the areas of securities and corporate law.

Mr. Thomson possesses a broad range of knowledge in securities, incorporation, formation of partnerships and joint ventures, as well as corporate reorganizations, mergers and amalgamations, and share and asset purchases and sales. Through his focus on providing corporate legal services to public and private companies and owner operated small business, Mr. Thomson has gained a thorough understanding of the management of a variety of corporate and commercial matters.
